Massage
I graduated in 2011 from The New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and offer an artful massage in which I incorporate deep tissue, hot stone (if desired), pre-natal, stretching, and other modalities. I specialize in doing specific work on body areas (especially necks) and helping clients resolve impingement of movement and discomfort.
Eurythmy Movement Therapy
I offer individual sessions for children and adults in eurythmy movement therapy which aims at bringing harmony, coordination, and awareness to the body. Eurythmy therapy has a wide range of applications from children's movement integration to help with school performance and anxiety issues to balance and emotional regulation in adults. I have taught eurythmy since 2004 at schools nationwide and have been a certified eurythmy therapist since 2009.
